Your responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with JTI’s Talent Attraction standards
• Partnering with local HR teams and hiring managers to ensure recruitment success
• Conducting sourcing, interviews, and assessments for diverse roles across functions (Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Sharing recruitment market intelligence and enhancing employer branding
• Managing reporting and ATS records efficiently

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory
• International recruitment experience preferred
• Strong interviewing and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS tools
