Your responsibilities

• Maintenance of the Commercial Excellence Microsoft SQL Server database used by Analytics and Incentive teams,
• Data Management and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues,
• Develop and maintain SQL procedures to ensure data consistency and standardization,
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems,
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal Incentive Team stakeholders,
• Development of Excel-based, Python tools used by the Incentive team,
• Provide local analytical support.

Our requirements

• University degree (Finance, economics preferred),
• 3 years of relevant experience in depth data analysis,
• Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills,
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python,
• Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills & confidence in sharing outputs with key partners across WEU, both written and verbal,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural demeanor with the ability to communicate optimally with individuals from a variety of groups,
• Demonstrate ownership for achieving results,
• Ability to work autonomously with a drive and determination to succeed,
• Flexible approach to problem-solving,
• Open to change and always driving the optimization of processes, challenging existing processes and solutions,
