Your responsibilities

• Partner with local business units to forecast and fulfill hiring needs
• Source, prescreen, and recruit candidates across various levels (mid, senior, executive)
• Localize HR processes, including recruitment practices and labor contract formats
• Organize employee onboarding and adaptation processes
• Support performance management: KPIs, assessments, and development plans
• Provide labor market analytics and salary benchmarking
• Advise managers on country-specific labor law and employment practices
• Enhance local employer branding and media presence
• Identify and manage local HR vendors or outsourcing partners

Our requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in outsourcing or international businesses)
• Native Polish
• English B2 and higher
• Russian/Ukrainian – would be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of local labor law and documentation
• Track record of recruitment in the local market (mid to executive roles)
• Professional appearance and clear speech
