Your responsibilities

• Implementation of assigned projects on time, including warranty projects
• Ongoing communication with clients, offices and other external institutions
• Establishing a project schedule and setting milestones
• Supporting engineering, supply and production departments
• Supporting the acceptance process by customers
• Reporting on project status to management (costs, deadlines, risks)
• Maintaining technical arrangements
• Cooperation with the Engineering Department regarding technical documentation

Our requirements

• Higher Education
• Min. 3 years of experience in project implementation
• Fluent in English or German language (Russian language will be an asset)
• Knowledge of project management systems confirmed by a certificate will be an additional advantage
• Consistency and effectiveness in action
• Experience in communicating with clients
• Goal oriented and good work organization
• Knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings
