Your responsibilities

• Transition of payroll processing from the external tax office to a new internal payroll software at momox
• Independently manage the full payroll process for all employees in Poland
• Ensure compliance with all labor, tax, and social security regulations
• Communication and collaboration with authorities (e.g. ZUS, US)
• Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Serve as the contact person for employees with questions regarding salary and benefits
• Maintain and further develop our payroll systems
• Support audits and prepare payroll reports
• Provide guidance on payroll policies and legal changes in Poland

Our requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Polish payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, tax regulations, and the social security system
• Confident user of Polish payroll software
• Fluency in Polish is mandatory along with very good German or English language skills
• A structured, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work

Optional

• Good Excel skills and experience with HRIS are a plus
