Your responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions and inquiries related to order management, order status, back orders, and delivery confirmations
• Proactively work with key accounts to identify improvement initiatives and maximize overall service performance
• Review purchase orders to ensure compliance with company terms
• Conduct service process analysis to drive improvements in cycle time and on-time delivery
• Partner with internal teams from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Complaint Handling to manage customer requirements effectively
• Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries to provide end-to-end process visibility for assigned business teams
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and actively participate in continuous improvement projects (LSS projects)

Employer requirements

• Fluency in both English and French (min.B2)
• 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• A "customer-first" mindset with the ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into internal actions
• A team player who is persistent and results-oriented
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present professionally and confidently (both via telephone and face-to-face)
• High affinity for using software solutions, including SAP and Salesforce (or similar)
• Eagerness and capability to improve service and logistics processes
