Your responsibilities

  • Create and maintain enablement content: sales playbooks, training guides, onboarding materials, certifications, and knowledge checks
  • Build and manage content in tools such as Guru, Workramp, Lessonly, Gong and LMS platforms
  • Coordinate internal sales communications (e.g. Slack updates, newsletters, team meeting decks)
  • Collect and integrate feedback from the sales team to improve resources and processes
  • Maintain a structured enablement roadmap and calendar aligned with business goals
  • Support the onboarding of new sales hires with up-to-date training content
  • Monitor and report on enablement KPIs and tool usage using platforms like Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Conduct regular surveys to evaluate enablement effectiveness and identify gaps

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Content Development, Revenue Enablement, or related fields
  • Proven ability to create impactful sales content – from scratch – including training decks, onboarding flows, process documentation, and internal communications
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LMS (e.g. Workramp, Lessonly), Guru, and analytics/reporting platforms
  • Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work 2–3 times per week from our Wrocław office
  • Legally allowed to work and reside in Poland

Optional

  • Experience in creating e-learning materials or working with instructional design principles
  • Background in B2B SaaS or tech industry
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and funnel stages
