Your responsibilities

• Maintenance of product specification for defined product group for assigned markets and/or factories.
• Participation in product relevant projects related to development of next generation products.
• Monitoring of product performance and undertaking agreed maintenance actions to ensure product compliance.
• Preparation of trial runs including planning with the factories, results evaluation and documentation management.
• Submission, maintenance and control of product and blend specifications (BOM’s) in PLM.
• Participation in benchmarking evaluation, market analysis and competitor survey within region as well as continuously seeking for process and system improvements.

• Basic knowledge and skills of product design, final product and manufacturing processes
• Fluent in English
• Pronounced capabilities in project & time management
• Proven skills in analytical thinking, priority setting and problem solving
• Acting as a Team player also cross-functional
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
