About the project

• We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Wrocław.
• You will be part of a cross-functional, international team working on embedded software development for next-generation home appliances.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and verify embedded software based on defined requirements.
• Contribute to software architecture design, application development, and integration into enterprise systems.
• Participate as a key member of a cross-functional team, collaborating with hardware, software, and control engineers to create cohesive solutions.
• Develop debug and analysis tools.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
• Cooperate closely with colleagues from Poland, Turkey, Italy, and Pakistan.

Our requirements

• Technologies / Methodologies:
• • C programming ("bare metal") and RTOS for embedded systems
• • Git, Jira
• • Agile and Waterfall project management
• • Electronic measurement instruments
• Preferred skills & experience:
• • Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
• • 10+ years in embedded software development with real-time and safety requirements
• • Experience in project management
• • Strong presentation and communication skills
• • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
• Minimum requirements:
• • Bachelor's degree in a related field
• • 5+ years of embedded software development experience
• • 1+ years of project management experience
• • Experience documenting software requirements, architecture, and testing
• • Fluent English (verbal and written) – other languages will be an asset
