Your responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of commitments outlined in the ESG strategy.
• Lead carbon footprint calculations across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions using recognized methodologies (e.g., GHG Protocol).
• Evaluate and assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement decarbonization strategies aligned with SBTi targets.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to reduce Scope 3 emissions across the value chain.
• Measure and report regularly on the impact of carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
• Support life cycle assessments (LCA) and product carbon footprinting calculation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to promote ESG awareness and conduct trainings.
• Support internal audit and risk management processes related to ESG.
• Promote ethical business conduct and integrity across departments.
• Coordinate ESG data collection across departments and lead the preparation of the sustainability report.

Our requirements

• Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sustainability.
• Strong, proven expertise in carbon accounting and ESG reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in sustainability software/tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Polish is a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental protection regulations, is a plus.

Optional

• Certification in ESG or carbon accounting.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain sustainability.
• Familiarity with life cycle assessment tools and EU sustainability regulations.
• Experience with ESG data platforms (e.g., EcoVadis, MSCI).
