Your responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, and execution of annual strategic and operating plans,
  • Responsibility for the brand communication strategy and its execution,
  • Implementation of long-term plans and NPIs pipeline for the category,
  • Driving consumer, shopper & customer activation agenda (offline & online) for respective brand(s)
  • Conducting and coordinating trade marketing projects, including preparation of POS materials & digital assets and their implementation at point of sales, offline and online respectively,
  • Post-evaluation of activities, research studies, advertising campaigns & customer’s promotions,
  • Budget planning & management,
  • On-going overview of competitors’ activities (media and in-store) in the segment,
  • Effective collaboration with the agencies (media house, advertising agencies – ATL, BTL, research agencies, PR agency, POS agencies),
  • Best in class customer cooperation, including category meetings & customer workshops,
  • Close cooperation with other departments: Global Marketing Team, Sales, Demand Planning, Co-packing, Business Intelligence.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years or more of experience in Brand Management / Trade Marketing in FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience in working with external agencies and service providers
  • Analytical & financial skills with knowledge of P&L, ROIs
  • Strong communication and presentations skills,
  • Very good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously & setting priorities,
  • High level of inner motivation & proactive approach,
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must.
