Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Directors’ calendars – prioritizing meetings, meeting deadlines, and handling constantly changing schedules
  • Coordinating office meetings and business travel for company Directors
  • Coordinating document flow within the company
  • Preparing presentations, documents, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, as needed
  • Preparing written short translations (Polish–English and English–Polish)

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2), with practical experience in Business English – essential
  • Excellent organizational skills (time, priority, and calendar management)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills (sensitive to context and audience)
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Outlook)
  • Maturity, responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
