• • Leading the Team: Organizing the work of the team, delegating tasks and overseeing progress. Ensuring effective communication within the team.
• • Team Development: Supporting the development of team members' skills, providing training and mentoring. Strive to increase the team's competence in the area of debt collection.
• • Planning and Monitoring: Develop collection strategies and action plans. Monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies.
• • Reporting: Prepare reports on collection performance, team effectiveness and other key performance indicators.
• • Compliance: Ensure that all team activities comply with the organization's laws and policies, especially in the context of debt collection.
• • Cooperation with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments in the organization, such as the finance department or the customer management area.

Our requirements

• The individual will be responsible for managing agreed process end-to-end including client facing interactions.
• Responsible for mentoring current members, providing them with the necessary guidance they need in order to deliver results.
• Guide, coach and support the development of staff including regular 1-2-1s.
• Responsible for management administration for the team (e.g. annual leave management, compliance etc.).
• Work with the manager and group projects area on any allocated projects.
• Is an analytical thinker with numeracy (good excel skills) and problem-solving skills.
• Seeks opportunities to improve processes, leverage technology and other resources to automate/create efficiencies.
• Understands client’s perspective and their challenges and is able to find win win solutions.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Takes decisions keeping in mind organization’s long-term relationship rather than short-term gains.
• Takes ownership of organizational changes, implement strategies, and build tactical plans to drive the change process.
• Creates growth opportunities for people to learn, planning for succession, and developing the leadership pipeline.
• Communicates fluently in English.
