Your responsibilities

  • Employee Support: Ensuring that all the employees questions and queries are answered without delays.
  • HR Documentations: Preparing necessary HR documentation for employees and external suppliers – payroll provider, making sure all needed documents are provided by employees, ensuring there are no gaps within employees documentation.
  • Support with payroll processes: PPK, attendance, absence, settlements of delegations, employees’ costs.
  • Data Coordination: Keeping updated all HR data in HR files, internal systems and applications.
  • HR Processes and Principles: Support in preparing communication for employees, informative notes, working instructions. Taking part in HR processes and procedures implementation. Participating in local and global HR projects and internal adjustments.
  • Onboarding process: Administrative tasks within onboarding process – making sure tools and accesses for newcomers are prepared on time, organizing Health and Safety Training,
  • HR Manager Support: Daily support for HR Manager in other similar tasks.

Our requirements

  • At least bachelor’s degree in any HR-related field.
  • Good knowledge of HR daily operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience on a corresponding position.
  • General awareness of Polish labor law enabling to proceed with HR administrative tasks.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our internal Teams.
  • Good command of English – the role involves communication in an international environment.
  • Ease of working with MS Office.
  • Positive mindset, collaborative, flexible, with ability to perform well in a dynamic work environment.
  • We are working in a hybrid formula, however since we are still at the beginning of our business journey it will be appreciated to work together at the office 4 days per week (at least until the year of year). Temporary office location – Aleje Jerozolimskie 181 (Adgar Building), destination office – Jubilerska Street (Praga Południe).

Optional

  • Experience with Automotive sector.
  • Good command of MS Excel.
