Your responsibilities

• Entering orders into the goods management system and checking them on an ongoing basis.
• Answering incoming telephone/email queries regarding delivery dates, product availability etc.
• Supporting the processing of complaints and managing the order process.
• General administrative tasks.
• You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier service experiences.
• You shall be responsible for the precision and correctness of documentation.
• You will Ensure all complaints are processed in a timely manner, including telephone and email customer support.
• Ongoing communication and coordination with external carriers and central customer service in Paris (order tracking, delivery documentation, etc.).
• Interaction and proactive collaboration with all departments of the company, in particular with the commercial department.

• Strong service and customer orientation
• Precise, independent, and fast working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel)
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English
