Your responsibilities

• Managing settlement process on OTC Forex, Interest Rates Derivatives, Money Market, Credit default swaps, and other transversal tasks related to settlement tasks on such assets
• Identifying, controlling and validating all flows to pay/receive in the respect of each process description
• Collecting Settlement Instructions (SSI) and taking in charge ”Mismatched SSI”
• Managing clients and partners relationship, collaborating with client relationship experts
• Handling cash reception and payments anomalies
• Managing cash breaks
• Respecting all norms: Payment, SSI and cash breaks
• Active involvement in continuous improvement
• In case of transversal tasks/controls allocated: managing claims, executing intercompany deals

Our requirements

• Previous experience in back office in a banking environment
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholder
• Fluency in both English and French
• Team spirit and knowledge sharing
• Meticulousness, rigorousness, and good organisational skills
• MS Office skills (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
