Your responsibilities

• Vendor Maintenance
• • Support outsource provider in successful & accurate completion of vendor master tasks.
• • Point person for SME business or local finance escalations & trouble shooting – liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues successfully.
• Payment Processing
• • Ensure all payments for all vendor types (royalty, trade, intercompany) are on schedule & in line with expectations. Collaborate with Outsource provider & local finance team, to complete tasks.• Facilitate urgent payments, ensuring defined controls are maintained, liaising with local finance, SME business & outsourced provider as appropriate.
• Invoice Processing
• • Processing all invoices on timely basis with the correct accounting to the systems.
• Reconciliations
• • Open PO accrual reconciliations between internal Marketing & Recording Purchasing system (PRS), Basware (AP system) and SAP (GL); monthly for Basware - daily for PRS.
• • Support outsource provider in resolving any system interface issues & ensure all systems in synch
• System Support
• • Perform user testing for system changes, as required

Our requirements

• • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
• • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related studies required
• • Having knowledge of AP operations such as Vendor Master, Payment, Invoicing processes
• • Problem solving ability
• • Proactive self- starter
• • Flexible working style
• • Able to work on different mailboxes
• • Strong attention to detail
• • Able to work to strict time targets
• • MS Office proficient
• • Knowledge of SAP and Basware, Console is a plus
• • Able to make bank transfers
• • English and Polish language proficient - reading, writing, orally
