Your responsibilities

• providing excellent customer service (supporting Malaysian clients)
• building up positive relationships with customers
• resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
• monitoring of the situation on financial markets
• working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
• cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Our requirements

• Malay language - native or proficiency level required
• English language - able to write and communicate fluently
• responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
• strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• good knowledge of MS Office
• shift work (early morning shift)Optional:
• previous experience in a customer service role
• knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
• experience in doing translation from Malay to English and vice versa
