Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Collaborated closely with the Regional Manager to implement the Convenience Channel strategy across Poland and CEE
  • Identified and onboarded new clients, ensuring strong in-store brand execution.
  • Independently built and maintained customer relationships, driving business development with distributors.
  • Negotiated and finalized cooperation agreements, including listings and activation plans.
  • Monitored performance metrics (volume, rate of sale, distribution), analyzed KPIs, and proposed actionable improvements.
  • Led consumer activation initiatives, supported development of POS materials and sales tools in collaboration with marketing and regional teams.

Wymagania pracodawcy

  • Min., 4+ years sales experience in Sales development, JBP's creation and execution
  • Proven track record in FMCG ideally within convenience channel
  • Great knowledge local market, sales legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial agreements and manage distributor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel across Poland and other CEE markets as needed.
  • Fluent in Eglish
