Your responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technology and application roll-outs.
• Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Take ownership not only as a project manager but also as a hands-on business analyst, when needed, to ensure clarity and delivery.
• Influence and inspire decision-makers through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Champion agile methodologies and bring product management best practices to life in every project you touch.

Our requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Solid experience in managing technology implementations or application roll-outs.
• A background in agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
• A proactive mindset, willing to contribute as a business analyst when needed to push the project forward.

Optional

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central.
• Polish language skills are a plus.
