Your responsibilities

• Answer e-mails, phone calls and chats with customers who call about their orders and refunds
• Advise on products featured on the Next website, questions about the process of returning items and availability
• Place orders for customers over the phone
• Constantly be in contact with colleagues from Next working in the UK to solve customer inquiries
• Communicate with courier companies
• Support new people who join our team​

Our requirements

• Fluent Hebrew & English verbal and written skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, hardworking and highly self-motivated approach
• Problem solving approach
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
