• Set up new broker firms, their offices /branches, and individual representatives and familiarise them with Ledgebrook’s broker onboarding and management process.
• Ensuring smooth termination for brokers during offboarding
Broker Records Maintenance:
• Provide internal support to Broker Relationship Managers
• Manage and respond to 3rd party requests on new broker contact or office additions/updates in a timely and efficient manner in Salesforce
• Collaborate with the Product & Data team to drive process improvements for best-in-class broker data and insights.
Broker Events Management:
• Working along with our Administrative Support to organise Broker Events and the Company’s presence in the Media.
Regulatory and Compliance
• Review the Broker’s insurance coverage and maintain process governance around it.
Business Testing:
• As the company grows and introduces more software and products, you will be expected to help test the new products from a business user perspective.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the external and internal customer needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
• Communicate effectively with employees and 3rd parties to ensure they are supporting client initiatives.

Must haves
• Proven experience in Broker Relationship roles/ industry
• Experience in building successful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiative
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
