Your responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high performance and collaboration
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and the Machine Directive
• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes
• Manage the spare parts warehouse and maintenance budget
• Support automation and assembly equipment development to enhance capacity, quality, and cost-efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HUBER+SUHNER Polatis

Our requirements

• Technical education in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within a production environment, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with performance management and fostering innovation
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in diagnosing and solving technical problems
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with PLC programming, National Instruments, and sequencing software is a plus
• Knowledge of TPM tools and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF)
• Ability to conceptualize automation methods and understand system interactions
• Experience in maintenance budget planning
• Adaptability, energy, and a commitment to quality and timely delivery
