Your responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new accounts across the leisure, corporate, and MICE markets.
  • Generate room night and MICE business by identifying client needs and tailoring proposals to exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate and deliver seamless experiences for guests and clients.
  • Assist the Commercial Director in setting and achieving sales targets aligned with the hotel’s Marketing Plan.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and industry functions to build brand awareness and relationships.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role within the luxury hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in account management, particularly in leisure, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of hotel property management systems is a plus.
