About the project

• Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? At FIS you’ll have the opportunity to work on financial software that empowers corporates around the globe to process millions of transactions in a reliable and secure manner on a daily basis.
• About the team:
• You will be involved in developing and supporting existing innovative financial technology solutions. You will be involved in offering solutions to major financial institutions across Europe, directly interacting with the customer for analysis and support of software systems. Occasional travel to offer on-site support is expected.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of product development, support, and implementation.
• Actively participate in the relevant rituals (Planning Meeting, Stand-up, Retrospective, Story tells, etc.) and build a good knowledge of the functional domain.
• Develop new and enhance existing features for the product in a qualitative manner.
• Deployments to AWS and Azure (FIS development and client environments).

Our requirements

• 3 years of experience, a strong foundation in C language development with working knowledge of relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated.
• Enthusiastic, team-building attitude, good communication skills.
• Willing to work in an Agile, collaborative environment.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willingness for travel as required.
• UNIX; Red Hat Linux; ANSI C/C++ for UNIX; Bash programming; PERL Programming; PL/SQL.

Optional

• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Sub version, or equivalent code repositories an advantage.
