Your responsibilities

  • Deliver and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across distributor markets.
  • Build, onboard, and coach a high‑performing distributor network, including NDA, LoA, and commercial agreement execution, joint business planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for hospital staff (OT, ER, EMS) – through live workshops and webinars.
  • Plan and execute company participation in medical congresses and trade fairs, coordinating stand design with marketing, speaker preparation, and lead follow‑up.
  • Monitor tenders, competitor activity, and clinical trends; provide actionable insights to the International Sales Director.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders to accelerate adoption and generate case studies/clinical endorsements.
  • Negotiate commercial contracts (pricing, volume, logistics) in compliance with the company standards.
  • Ensure post‑sales excellence: technical visits, inventory optimisation, first‑line troubleshooting.
  • Co‑create and implement the regional go‑to‑market strategy aligned with global Chemence objectives.
  • Report KPIs in CRM and participate in regular business reviews with senior leadership.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with international distributors (preferably in healthcare)
  • Proven track record of scaling sales via multi‑market distributor networks.
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations and public‑tender processes.
  • Confident in delivering clinical presentations and training sessions.
  • Fluent English (B2+ preferred); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and project‑management skills; results‑driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time and attend the office in Poland 1–2 times per month.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
