• For one of our clients – IT startup, we are looking for a CEO who can take the company to the next level—driving growth, managing an exceptional team, and leading with ambition, resilience, and passion.

• As CEO, you will be the driving force behind our client’s success. You will take full ownership of strategy, growth, and execution while inspiring and aligning the team and stakeholders. This is more than a management role—it’s a leadership mission for someone who thrives on building, scaling, and creating lasting impact.Lead and scale the organization while creating an environment that motivates and empowers the team.
• Responsibilities:
• Sell with confidence: Actively engage in enterprise or public sector sales, building strong client relationships.
• Drive growth: Set and deliver ambitious goals, expand customer base.
• Evangelize the vision: Craft and share a compelling story that attracts customers.
• Manage team: Retain top-tier talent, fostering a high-performance culture.

Nasze wymagania

• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products, ideally with enterprise or public sector customers.
• Strong understanding of security, blockchain, or related technologies (or ability to learn fast).
• Exceptional sales and storytelling skills—you can inspire, persuade, and close deals.
• Track record of successes and lessons from failures, showing resilience and growth.
• Ability to attract top talent, customers, and investors.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills: You build motivated, mission-driven teams.
• Goal-oriented, disciplined, and humble, with a reality-based perspective.
• Fluent in Polish English, both written and spoken.
• Ambitious, passionate, and relentless.
• High emotional intelligence balanced with business priorities.
• Agile mindset: Comfortable with rapid change and course correction.
• Deep self-awareness as a leader and entrepreneur.
