Your responsibilities

• Analysing and providing technical verification of the provided templates & configuration instructions
• Configuring verified templates in the Document Management System (DMS)
• Supporting during testing
• Performing changes and adjustments in templates based on test results
• Participating in project meetings
• Communicating with global Client business owners

Our requirements

• Knowledge of the most common types of HR-related documents
• Solid understanding of the lifecycle of HR documents
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Ability to analyse the completeness and formal correctness of documents based on a template
• Basic end-user knowledge of the Workday tool
• Spoken & written English
• Accuracy, attention to detail
• Experience in Data & Document Management
• Ability to work from 12 noon to 8 p.m.
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Knowledge of other European languages (e.g Spanish) - nice to have
