• Release management for the following products: PC Client, SCCM/ Intune, Office 365
• Critical Patch and Application Release Management
• Remote Desktop Support
• Sharepoint (On-Premise) Support
• SOE Management
• System Management
• Incident/ problem/ change/ SR
• Doing health checks for the systems
• Align parameter changes
• Standard run operation
• Monitoring of Windows infrastructure

Our requirements

• 3-6 years Windows knowledge
• Problem-solving ability
• Knowledge using Evergreen
• English and German language is must have
