About the project

  • We are seeking a skilled Graphics Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating and optimizing cutting-edge visual experiences for games. This role involves developing and implementing graphics systems, shaders, and visual effects to enhance the visual fidelity and performance of our games across multiple platforms.

  • MD rate: 180 - 220 EUR

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced graphics systems and rendering pipelines.
  • Develop and optimize shaders for real-time rendering, including lighting, shadows, and special effects.
  • Collaborate closely with artists and technical teams to integrate visual assets into the game engine.
  • Optimize rendering performance for different platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth frame rates.
  • Implement post-processing effects such as bloom, depth of field, and motion blur.
  • Develop tools and workflows to improve the efficiency of the art and graphics pipeline.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in graphics technologies and integrate them into projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve visual and performance issues.

Our requirements

  • Strong proficiency in C++ and experience working with game engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary engines.
  • Deep understanding of real-time rendering techniques and graphics pipelines.
  • Experience with shader development using HLSL, GLSL, or Metal Shaders.
  • Knowledge of lighting models, post-processing effects, and particle systems.
  • Familiarity with GPU programming and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools like RenderDoc, PIX, or similar for performance debugging.
  • Experience with cross-platform development, including PC, console, and mobile.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Optional

  • Experience with Ray Tracing and DLSS technologies.
  • Familiarity with Vulkan, DirectX 12, or Metal APIs.
  • Knowledge of procedural generation techniques for environments and effects.
  • Exposure to Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) development.
  • Experience with advanced AI-driven visual effects and physics-based rendering.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
