About the project

• The project involves implementing Data Discovery and Encryption tools to align with global cybersecurity standards. It focuses on IT risk management and compliance across the enterprise. The specialization is in Cybersecurity with a strong emphasis on ITIL-based service management. The technology stack includes Protegrity, Symantec/Broadcom, Veritas, EU Data Privacy, CIS, NIST, and ITIL methodology. Collaboration with IT, Cybersecurity, regulators, and vendors is required. The initiative includes mentoring within the team.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Data Discovery and Encryption technologies.
• Support the delivery of security tooling and controls aligned with global standards.
• Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to execute enterprise-wide security strategies.
• Monitor and manage IT security risks, ensuring effective compliance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and vendors.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Our requirements

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and drive change.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), especially in Service Continuity, Change, and Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience with Data Discovery and Encryption tools (e.g., Protegrity, Symantec/Broadcom, Veritas).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (EU Data Privacy, CIS, NIST).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are advantageous but not required.

Optional

• Experience in regulated environments and financial institutions.
