Your responsibilities

  • Manage the full order process from system entry to shipment and post-sales support
  • Actively support the sales team and participate in the sales process
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments: design, purchasing, production, and finance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through our logistics platform and internal processes
  • Work with ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
  • Monitor order status, anticipate potential issues, and proactively resolve them
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and present regular status updates, reports, and performance metrics for key accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on client needs
  • Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery
  • Fully manage client orders, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive, solution-oriented service

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken (daily communication with international clients)
  • Fluency in German or Dutch will be considered an asset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience with international B2B clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an asset
  • Ability to effectively use AI tools and automation platforms to streamline communication, reporting, and internal workflows
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Knowledge of logistics, production, or merchandising processes is an advantage
