Your responsibilities

  • prepare and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Masterfile, ensuring full alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulatory requirements,
  • lead the development and regular updates of the Group Transfer Pricing Policy and Framework, ensuring relevance and practical applicability across business models,
  • coordinate global transfer pricing documentation activities, supporting local teams in the preparation of Local Files and intercompany agreements,
  • act as a key contact point for global TP-related matters, including audits, tax authority queries, and intercompany pricing challenges,
  • collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Controlling, Legal, and Operational teams to ensure policy implementation reflects business operations,
  • monitor changes in international tax regulations and assess their impact on Brose Sitech's global transfer pricing strategy,
  • support transfer pricing aspects of new business models and cross-border flows.

Our requirements

  • degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field,
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a transfer pricing role within a global organization or advisory firm,
  • proven experience with transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile/Local File), policy development, and benchmarking,
  • strong understanding of OECD transfer pricing principles and international tax compliance,
  • hands-on mindset with the ability to manage projects from start to finish,
  • skilled in analyzing financial data; experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus),

Optional

  • effective communicator with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills,
  • fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
