Your responsibilities

• M365/ O365 run operation
• Be the point of contact for external and internal communications
• Standard run operation
• Work on Windows & Apple phones for M365 / O365 support
• Incident/ problem/ change/ SR
• Alignment with client
• Doing health checks for the systems
• Align parameter changes
• Identify automation opportunities
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards

Our requirements

• 7-10 years MS Office/ M365 / O365 knowledge
• Administrative knowledge in M365 / O365 technology
• Good communication, presentation, reporting and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Microsoft Windows skills
• English and German language is must have
