Your responsibilities

  • Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and BPM offering in this area. Min. 8 years of professional experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain
  • Understanding of deal lifecycle – from opportunity identification to go live
  • Excellent problem solving, consulting, business acumen skills and understanding of digital technologies in addition to analytical capabilities
  • Good project management skills – ability to coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage plan and deliverables
  • Excellent presentation, effective communication and Client facing skills
  • Maintaining professional relations with the Client and internal Infosys stakeholders
  • Continuous S&P capability development (required skills development and knowledge exchange facilitation)
  • Support engagements to bring business value to Clients
  • Creativity & innovative approach to challenges
  • Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop

Our requirements

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for designing Sourcing and Procurement business solutions for existing and prospective Clients, benchmarking and leveraging best practices in Sourcing and Procurement domain
  • Understand 'as is' business processes, design 'to -be' processes/operating model, capture and analyse client requirements leading to implementation through one or more levers (technology & non technology)
  • Leverage internal and external benchmarking data and leading practices as a means to unearth opportunities for prioritization
  • Support engagements in identification of improvement areas and enable cross engagement best practices sharing
  • Develop and promote Sourcing and Procurement domain (internally and externally)
