Your responsibilities

• Support in managing projects related to introducing cosmetics to the EU and U.S. markets
• Coordination of administrative and documentation activities within the role of an authorized representative (MDR, IVDR)
• Verification and preparation of technical documentation for medical devices and cosmetics
• Monitoring of regulatory requirements
• Collaboration with the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products (URPL)
• Email communication with overseas client

• Role Overview:
• We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our growing team in Poland. As a Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our communication with global customers, handling email inquiries and liaising with Polish institutions, mainly URPL (Urząd Rejestracji Produktów Leczniczych, Wyrobów Medycznych i Produktów Biobójczych). This role involves the review and submission of technical documents for cosmetics and medical devices, requiring attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Qualifications:
• Based in Warsaw or nearby areas
• College degree (majors in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or biomedical engineering preferred, but not mandatory)
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work with technical documentation and reports
• Attention to detail, good work organization, and ability to work in a team
• Proactive and positive attitude with a focus on long-term cooperation
• Knowledge of EU regulations on cosmetics (1223/2009), MDR (2017/745), and IVDR (2017/746) is an advantage
