Your responsibilities

• Lead GL tasks for assigned legal entities, including bookings, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments - making sure the numbers actually make sense
• Managing Fixed Assets, including new assets, depreciations and reconciliations
• Handling intercompany accounting, keeping our global records clean and connected
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial transactions are posted accurately and on time
• Support month-end closing through journal entries, reconciliations, control of the monthly postings in assigned entities, and audit preparation
• Work with external partners (and our internal ones too) to keep expense processes and accounting tools running smoothly
• Help improve our finance processes - we’re not here to copy/paste the status quo

Our requirements

• We’re looking for someone with a few years of experience and a collaborative spirit. If you’re detail-oriented, an independent thinker, and curious about how things could work better, you’ll fit right in
• 4+ years of experience in GL, intercompany, or RTR processes
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Comfortable communicating in English (written & spoken) - you’ll be working with our global teams regularly
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and suggest improvements
