Your responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation: you will generate 30% of your own pipeline through outreach using a powerful suite of sales tools, and work closely with Inside Sales Representatives to jointly target companies fitting our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Perform product demonstrations and lead client meetings
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to answer any technical challenge your prospects and clients may have
  • Using MEDDPICC and a challenger sales approach to qualify, nurture and close deals
  • Own your deals from end to end, negotiating contracts with clients, enrolling support from Legal, Finance and Sales Management, working alongside Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding & adoption process
  • Ensure proper data hygiene on Salesforce and participate in our regular sales trainings and coaching sessions
  • Acquire, build and manage a network of reselling and implementation partners & digital/marketing agencies
  • Support your partner network by engaging in co-selling and collaborating with our Marketing to provide them with the necessary sales & marketing materials for their success
  • Working with partners to develop joint value propositions, defining optimal solutions per prospect use cases, and closing contracts
  • Select trade shows and events that you will attend in-person to engage with existing and potential clients & partners

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions, experience with E-commerce and partner sales or partner channel management is a plus
  • Spanish C1/C2 level
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
  • A challenger mindset and who are not afraid of cold outreach
  • Know or are willing to learn how to engage multiple stakeholders to close a deal
  • A motivation to learn and work on continuously improving their skills as well as sharing their knowledge and best practices with the team
  • The capacity to adapt to an ever evolving market, new prospecting and outreach methods
  • The ability to work with clear targets, develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets and who are not afraid to raise their hands to receive feedback and support
