• We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join global compliance team on a contract basis. This role is designed for an individual who can act as a trusted advisor and strategic compliance partner, providing context-aware, judgment-led guidance across a range of compliance policy areas. The successful candidate will also support training, awareness, and monitoring efforts.
• Particular emphasis will be placed on Conflicts of Interest (COI) and the emerging compliance risks associated with Artificial Intelligence (AI), in addition to supporting general compliance advisory, operational and governance needs across BCG.
• The role offers exposure to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and collaboration with global stakeholders across legal, risk, technology, and business functions.
• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Strategic Advisory Across Core Compliance Topics
• Act as a primary escalation point for complex or sensitive compliance issues, applying sound judgment, integrity, and policy-aligned reasoning
• Provide advisory support on COI matters including the review and clearance of personal and client conflicts, outside business interests, secondments, and digital asset-related exposures
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen COI governance through targeted training, policy refinement, and capability-building
• Monitor emerging COI trends using analytics, internal controls, and stakeholder feedback to inform risk mitigation strategies and continuous improvement efforts

Wymagania pracodawcy

• Approx. 10 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory advisory roles within professional services, consulting, financial services, or legal environments
• Strong working knowledge of international regulatory frameworks and compliance risk areas such as COI, insider trading, and business ethics
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and/or investigations with a focus on control effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach to balancing business needs and compliance requirements
• Advising the business on how to identify, assess, and manage potential, perceived or actual conflicts
• Independently spotting issues, managing complex compliance matters with a diverse and global set of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strength in change management, project management, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on driving tangible outcomes.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams and leading diverse professional working groups
