Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment process.
  • Oversee employee documentation: contracts, annexes, and other HR paperwork.
  • Coordinate background verification with external partners.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with suppliers.
  • Prepare monthly payroll input data and ensure timely timesheet completion.
  • Generate HR reports (e.g., weekly inflow/outflow).
  • Monitor medical check-ups, sick leave, and other absences.
  • Coordinate trainings and development activities for employees.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide audit support and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all payroll-related queries.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting, finance, legal, and management teams.
  • Co-create and enhance HR policies and procedures.
  • Drive HR process improvements and introduce best practices.

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HR and payroll.
  • Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance standards.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
