Twój zakres obowiązków

• Own the preparation of detailed financial analyses and reports covering sales, profitability, costs, revenues, and key financial indicators.
• Lead P&L analytics, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Redefine cost and revenue structures to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Partner with non-finance teams to help them understand the financial impact of decisions.
• Own and contribute to the digitalization and automation of internal company functions.
• Continuously improve reporting and analytical processes to enhance efficiency.
• Implement best practices for data-driven decision-making.
• Ad hoc financial analysis as requested.

Nasze wymagania

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Finance.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Comarch Optima experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
