Your responsibilities

• 1. Establishing a new Sp. z o.o. company in Poland for the company’s operational needs, including full process management.
• 2. Organizing and opening a bank account for the company, ensuring all necessary documentation and liaising with the bank.
• 3. Coordinating and communicating with the head office in Switzerland on administrative and organizational matters.
• 4. Negotiating and managing contracts with accounting firms in Poland, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• 5. Leading negotiations and concluding contracts with logistics warehouses and other service providers essential for the business.
• 6. Negotiating and concluding contracts with maritime terminals and operators in Poland to support the company’s logistics and trading activities.

Our requirements

• 1. Fluent in Polish and English (English at minimum B2 level).
• 2. Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly adapt and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
• 3. Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or related fields).
• 4. Experience in administrative roles or company management is a plus but not mandatory.
• 5. Responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriente
• 6)Proven experience in import-export operations of goods/products.
