Your responsibilities

  • Media Strategy Development & Execution (Offline):
  • • Develop and implement a global media strategy aligned with the brand’s business and marketing objectives.
  • • Adapt strategies to regional market needs in collaboration with local marketing teams.
  • Agency Management:
  • • Coordinate collaboration with global and local media agencies.
  • • Oversee agency selection, contract negotiation, and campaign execution.
  • • Monitor performance and quality of media agency deliverables.
  • Media Planning and Buying:
  • • Approve and optimize media plans developed by agencies.
  • • Manage global and regional media budgets efficiently.
  • • Ensure optimal use of paid media channels with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • • Track and analyze performance of media campaigns (offline campaigns - TV, OOH, radio).
  • • Implement global standards for campaign performance measurement.
  • • Prepare reports for senior leadership and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • • Work closely with content, creative, performance, and PR teams.
  • • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all media channels.
  • • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between regional media teams.
  • Innovation and Market Trends:
  • • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations in media planning and buying.
  • • Test and evaluate new media channels, formats, and strategic approaches.
  • • Participate in agency reviews, RFPs, and performance benchmarks.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and buying, either agency-side or in-house (TV, OOH, radio)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience managing multi-market campaigns and collaborating with international teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Understanding of media and cultural nuances across different markets.
  • Experience managing large-scale media budgets and delivering measurable results (KPI, ROAS, CPM, CTR, VTR, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment..
  • Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of media platforms and tools will be nice to have(Google Ads, Meta, DV360, programmatic, etc.
