Your responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative moulded fiber packaging solutions that balance functionality, manufacturability, and sustainability
• Work closely with technical, sales and marketing teams to align design concepts with business goals and customer excpectations
• Ensure efficient use of materials and compatibility with manufacturing processes via strong cooperation with machine and tool suppliers
• Coordinate and handle national and international packaging projects in cooperation with brand owners
• Present results to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the rapid prototype production (e.g. 3D printing, moulded pulp lab machine)
• Plan and moderate innovation and development workshops in cooperation with the MM Moulded Pulp team
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably within plastic or fibre forming
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360) and rendering tools
• Experience with prototyping, material testing and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills working within a team
• Familiarity with molded pulp manufacturing processes is a plus
• Fluency in Polish and English, knowledge of additional language will be a plus
