• We’re looking for a Solutions Architect with a solid technical background to join our post-sales team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers to design and implement scalable automation solutions that solve complex onboarding and compliance challenges.

• We are looking for a Solutions Architect with a strong technical background to join our post-sales team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable automation solutions for our customers, working closely with their teams to solve complex onboarding and compliance challenges.

• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• - Learn how to use our no-code platform to build end-to-end automations for top FinTechs and Fortune500 companies.
• - Customise TransactionLink’s platform for customers’ needs.
• - Collect feedback from existing customers on how to improve the product.
• - Create automations that solve real customer problems.
• - Work with our tech team to suggest improvements to the product based on customer feedback.

Our requirements

• Our requirements
• - You have a technical background (e.g. you're in your final year of a technical degree or already graduated in engineering, computer science, mathematics, etc.).
• - You understand the basic principles of code - you don’t need to have developer experience but need to understand how code is executed and how computers “think”.
• - You are diligent and detail-orientated - you don’t abandon a problem until it’s solved.
• - Great communicator - if you’re stuck, tell us. Otherwise we assume you’re on top of things.
• - You care - since we are a startup, you might not always get exact instructions. You should care enough to anticipate what the best solution could be.
• - You’re available full-time (40h/week)
• - Basic knowledge of Java and JavaScript is a plus.
