About the project

• We are seeking a motivated Squad Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills. As a Squad Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your squad to success, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate technical team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the squad's objectives. Act as a promoter: develop career paths in collaboration with team members, responsible for identification, assessment and alignment of the key competencies required to be successful on the available career paths.
• Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the squad and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the squad's performance, providing feedback and support to help team members improve and succeed.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or obstacles that arise, helping the team to find solutions and maintain progress.
• Project Management: Ensure the monitoring of project status, share business constraints, validate transition to operation

Our requirements

• French language: very good verbal and written
• Experience in a managerial position
• Organizational Skills: excellent at managing time, tasks, and resources efficiently.
• Communication: clear and effective in both written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability: able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
