• About the Role
• We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a greenfield programme for a major financial institution launching operations in the Polish market. The project includes 13 work streams (backend, frontend, UX) and follows agile methodologies (SCRUM). If you're passionate about building scalable systems and want to work in a modern stack including Java, Spring, React, and BPMN (Flowable)—this is your opportunity.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Develop robust and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and optimize database queries in PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile (SCRUM) environment
• Support the integration of BPMN workflows where required
• Collaborate with a distributed team using English and Polish

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Data)
• Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including query optimization
• Previous experience in financial or banking projects
• Polish and English proficiency (B2+ level or higher)

Mile widziane

• Experience with BPMN modeling – familiarity with Flowable is a big plus
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
