Your responsibilities

• Process and post incoming payments in SAP ECC (FI module)
• Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to collect payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes in a professional manner.
• Communicate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) regarding billing or payment issues
• Prepare AR-related reports, such as aging analysis and cash collection forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities (e.g., account reconciliations, accruals)
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, and company policies
• Processing of “FI invoices” (cost centers) as well as the processing of “MM invoices” (material management)
• Information provider to customers and suppliers as well as internal contacts such as purchasing, cost center managers
• Build and maintain good working relationships with external vendors and internal customers

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including credit control, or collections
• Solid understanding of AR processes and Order-to-Cash cycle
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC (FI module)
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable accounting is a strong asset (but not must)
• Proficiency in Dutch (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Proficiency in English nice to have
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Office tools
• Open-minded personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
