Your responsibilities

• Deliver consistently exceptional, warm, and personalized service to all guests, both internal and external, ensuring an unforgettable SPA experience.
• Maintain an expert knowledge of the SPA, its treatments, and ongoing promotions, enabling you to advise guests with confidence and sophistication.
• Handle all guest interactions with grace, courtesy, and efficiency, ensuring every situation is managed with care and discretion.
• Manage treatment bookings and reservations seamlessly, guaranteeing accuracy and a flawless guest journey from appointment to service.
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in experience, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Answer all telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, in line with the highest SOP standards.
• Proactively promote the SPA’s luxurious facilities, as well as the hotel’s dining and beverage offerings, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Our requirements

• Previous experience in Reception or Switchboard is essential; prior experience as a SPA Receptionist is highly desirable.
• Exceptional guest service skills, professional presentation, and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales skills are an advantage.
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and dependable.
• A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the SPA environment.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
