Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships in the sales area of ​​Poland
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Active product demonstrations

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industrial sector; tooling industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • High level of commitment and good self-organization
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency with numbers
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good English is a must
